Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website pipsiltd.site and any engagement with Pipsi Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Pipsi Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 318b High Road, London, N22 8JR, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 837 935.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Child day care — registration and safeguarding
Child day care in England is a registered activity. Where the care we provide requires registration with Ofsted, it is provided only under a current registration, and our registration details are available on request — please ask for them before making any arrangement, and check them on the Ofsted register. Arrangements are agreed in writing before care begins and cover the hours, the setting, fees, collection arrangements and any medical, dietary or additional needs your child has, all of which you must tell us about and keep us updated on. Children are released only to a parent or to a person you have authorised in advance. We may decline or end an arrangement where we cannot meet a child’s needs safely or where required information has not been provided. Nothing on this website is medical, educational or child-development advice.
3b. Cleaning services
The scope of a clean, the frequency and the cost are agreed in writing before work begins; work outside that scope is quoted separately. Please tell us in advance about fragile, valuable or antique items, surfaces needing particular treatment, and any alarm, access or pet arrangements. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for wear revealed by cleaning, or for damage caused by a defect in a surface or appliance we were not told about. Any key held is held securely and returned when the arrangement ends. Please give as much notice as you can to cancel or rearrange a visit; cancellation terms for regular arrangements are set out when you book. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a customer dealing as a consumer, including the right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
